What is “Sourire”?
Sourire is French for “smile”.
Sourire was founded in 2020 by Karim and Patrick to connect people around the world through clothing while sharing a positive and honest message. At its core, the brand encourages people to focus on what truly matters: creativity, individuality and genuine experiences, rather than allowing themselves to be consumed by unnecessary distractions.
Sourire is rooted in street culture, but cannot be confined to a single category or aesthetic. The brand is constantly evolving, shaped by different environments, cultures and ways of working. From the initial idea to production, we value presence, personal commitment and an open approach to the creative process. Each piece is created with intention, attention to detail and a firm belief in what we create and wear ourselves.
Sourire is part of KULT. KULT is not a label, a brand or a crew, but a movement from Düsseldorf. Behind it are friends who have grown up together since childhood. KULT brings together fashion, music, lifestyle and street culture through its own concerts, shows and events. Here, Sourire is not only worn, but lived.

Do you offer free shipping or discounts?
Currently, we offer free shipping for all orders within Germany starting at €100 order value. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Free Shipping Worldwide:
For orders from the EU starting at €200,
For orders from Switzerland and the United Kingdom starting at €250
For Japan, South Korea, the USA, and the rest of the world starting at €150.

Can I return my order?
Of course. We offer all customers a 14-day return policy. You can easily return or exchange your order through our return portal here.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we are based in Germany and ship worldwide. Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout.
When will you restock?
Please note that we follow a strict no-restock policy. Once a product is sold out, it is very unlikely to be restocked. The only exception is our basics. Therefore, we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

Sourire is not for everyone, and not everyone is granted access to everything.
The Sourire Inner Circle offers limited drops, exclusive deals, and private sales. If we rarely decide to reorder selected items, only members will be informed. Members also receive early access to items that are often gone before they even become publicly available.
