Do you offer free shipping or discounts?
Currently, we offer free shipping for all orders within Germany starting at €100 order value. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Free Shipping Worldwide:
For orders from the EU starting at €200,
For orders from Switzerland and the United Kingdom starting at €250
For Japan, South Korea, the USA, and the rest of the world starting at €150.

Can I return my order?
Of course. We offer all customers a 14-day return policy. You can easily return or exchange your order through our return portal here.

Yes, we are based in Germany and ship worldwide. Shipping costs apply and will be added at checkout.
When will you restock?
Please note that we follow a strict no-restock policy. Once a product is sold out, it is very unlikely to be restocked. The only exception is our basics. Therefore, we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
