Processing and delivery time
Delivery takes 1 to 15 business days. The exact delivery time is stated in the description of each product. All orders are shipped with DHL. During drops and sales, shipping can take a few days longer.

- EU and Monaco: €14.90, free from €200
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, Turkey: €24.90, free from €250
- USA, Japan, South Korea: €34.90, free from €150
- Rest of the world: €44.90, free from €150

Delivery
- Delivery to parcel stations (Packstation) and pickup are currently not available
- For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import fees are paid by the customer
- We ship to the address entered at checkout. Changes to the address after the order is placed are not possible
Order confirmation and invoice
After placing your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation with your order number by email. Your invoice will be sent in a separate email once your order has been shipped.
