If you're not satisfied with your order or would like to exchange an item, we offer a simple and transparent process – within the scope of our return policy.
Please note: All returns must be registered within 14 calendar days of receiving the order and must meet the conditions listed below.
Requesting a return or exchange:

There, you’ll be asked to enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. You’ll then receive all the necessary information and your personalized return label, which must be printed and placed visibly on the outside of the package.
Return conditions:
– Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition
– All tags and packaging must be included
– Returns must include a tracking number
– Return must be registered within 14 calendar days of delivery
Items excluded from return:
– Worn or washed items
– Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs:
– For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), the customer covers the shipping costs
– We recommend using DHL or any other provider offering shipment tracking
– Returns without tracking cannot be accepted
Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please send an email with photos or a short video to:

We’ll review the case and will of course cover return shipping costs if the claim is valid.
Refunds:
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method
– The refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
– You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
Please make sure to keep your shipment receipt and tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.
